When should I take Rivyn products?

Each product supports a different part of your day. Some people start with Omega in the morning. Others reach for MaxRep3 before movement. You can refer to our product pages for usage suggestions or find your own rhythm based on how you feel.

Yes. Rivyn products are formulated to be compatible in most routines. If you’re introducing multiple new supplements at once, listen to how your body responds. Always check with your healthcare provider if you’re on medications or managing a specific condition.

Rivyn products are designed for adults. Please consult with your pediatrician or physician before starting any supplement routine for a child.

No cycling required. Our products are built for daily use and long-term rhythm. But as always, check in with your body and your provider if anything feels off.

Formulation + Quality

Are your products FDA approved?

As dietary supplements, Rivyn products are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA does not review or approve supplements.

Yes. Every batch is tested for purity and potency. We also avoid unnecessary fillers, synthetic flavors, and non-functional ingredients.

While our products are formulated to meet NSF-for-Sport standards, no current SKU carries official certification. We’ll update the site as certifications are completed.

Liposomes help protect nutrients through digestion and support better absorption. That means more of the ingredient reaches your system and you’re more likely to feel it. Several of our formulas use advanced liposomal formats for this reason.

EPA primarily supports a healthy inflammatory response and cardiovascular function. DHA supports brain clarity and nervous system health. We offer both in clinically aligned ratios for targeted use.

Subscriptions + Orders

How does a Rivyn subscription work?

You choose the products you want to receive each month. We offer flexible subscription management so you can skip, swap, or cancel anytime.

Yes. You can log into your account at any time to update your delivery date, change products, adjust your address, or skip a shipment.

Once an order has been confirmed, we’re unable to cancel it. If you need to update your subscription or pause future orders, log into your account ahead of your next renewal.

Subscriptions are recurring monthly orders you can adjust at any time. One-time purchases are non-recurring and allow you to try the product without commitment.

Yes. Subscribers get access to future bundles, priority access to new SKUs, and automatic savings on multi-product orders.

Shipping + Returns

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be confirmed, packed, and handed off to the carrier. Shipping time is additional. Orders placed after 2PM CT will begin processing the next business day.

We’re currently shipping within the U.S. Due to individual country import laws, we are not yet able to fulfill international orders.

If/when international shipping becomes available, customs fees will be the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Once a package is in transit, we recommend using USPS or UPS intercept tools to reroute or hold the delivery. We’re unable to recall or change a shipment once it has left our facility.

Carriers may mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before final drop-off. If the package hasn’t arrived after 2 days, contact the carrier or reach out to us for support.

Are there any medical claims associated with Rivyn products?

No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information provided is for educational purposes only. Always consult a licensed medical professional before beginning any supplement routine.

We do not give medical advice or treatment guidance. Please work with your provider to determine what’s right for you.

Every ingredient is listed on the product page and label. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review all information carefully before use.

Sustainability + Packaging

Is your packaging sustainable?

We aim to minimize environmental impact through recyclable materials and minimal excess. We use cardboard, glass, and refill-friendly formats where possible. We’re always working to do better.

Ideally, yes. But many modern diets and soil conditions lead to lower nutrient density than people expect. Our products support the gaps that even a healthy diet can miss—especially during aging, stress, or high output.
